 The root cause of all emotional issues lies in the subconscious mind. One of the most effective and fastest ways to access the subconscious mind is through hypnotherapy. Often called the “highway to the subconscious”, hypnosis bypasses the critical conscious mind and accesses the subconscious mind. It is extremely beneficial in reversing negative beliefs and transforming negative emotions by releasing the repressed emotions and the associations with it. This creates a domino effect and allows the subconscious mind to restore it to its authentic powerful state.

I work with the Life Force Energy of the body also known as  “chi” in Chinese and “prana” in Sanskrit, it is the flow of energy that sustains all living beings. The modalities I use focus, amplify, and direct energy, for a  wide range of benefits with surprising and often extraordinary results. Clients generally feel deeply relaxed and sometimes tired at the end of the recalibration.

 I facilitate inner wisdom workshops that educate, inspire and guide people. Subjects vary from chakras, communication and energy work to science meets spirituality.
